Born in Lorient, France, Christophe grew up in a culture where food, wine, and the art of the table were never just pleasures they were a way of life.
That early immersion became a vocation. Trained at the Hospitality & Culinary Institute of Toulouse, he spent two decades moving between the greatest tables and spirit houses in the world, building a career driven by one constant, the belief that an exceptional experience changes something in the people who live it.
