Hello

Born in Lorient, France, where my passion for the culinary arts first took root. My journey began at the Hospitality & Culinary Institute of Toulouse and  Grenoble, two of France's most respected institutions, where I learned the foundations of classical  French cuisine.

From there, I honed my craft in the kitchens of Michelin- starred restaurants, Palaces, Private Chateaux, working alongside some of the world's most talented chefs. These experiences instilled in me both precision and creativity, values that continue to guide everything I do today.

For over two decades, I have carried this expertise across France, UK, Switzerland, Asia, and the United States, blending tradition with innovation to create experiences that celebrate culture, taste, and refinement. I transitioned from  chef to ambassador in 2012 while working as  Executive Chef for a famous Cognac brand.

As a Spirit Ambassador, I represent exceptional houses with elegance and authenticity, bringing people together through stories, flavors, and shared discovery.

As a consultant, I offer strategic and creative guidance to elevate brand identity, storytelling, and guest experience with authenticity and heart.

​Through my hosted dinners, I create intimate experiences where flavor, stories and hospitality come together with intention. Drawing from my background as a chef and my work as a spirit ambassador, I curate pairings and atmospheres that elevate your brand's identity and values. My focus is to craft moments that feel personal, meaningful, and unforgettable. Honoring heritage, savoring taste, and celebrating the beauty of shared discovery.
