Welcome to Ephemere Los Angeles. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, designed to ensure a professional and transparent collaboration.

Ephemere Los Angeles, led by Christophe Pienkowski, offers professional services including but not limited to:

Ambassador Services: Representation and event hosting for spirit brands.
Consulting: Strategic guidance in brand positioning, sensory experiences, and luxury hospitality
Curated Dinners: Private, brand-focused dining experiences featuring spirits and gastronomy pairings.

All services are bespoke are tailored to the client's objectives.

Proposal & Quotes

Each proposal or quote issued by Ephemere Los Angeles is custom-made and valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Deposits & payments

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any booking or engagement.
The remaining balance is due within 7 days after completion of the service or event, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, Wise, or PayPal Business.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refund

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the confirmed date will not incur additional charges
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior may be subject to full payment depending on incurred costs.
In the case of force majeure, both parties agree to reschedule whenever possible
In the unlikely event That Ephemere Los Angeles must cancel a confirmed booking, the client will receive e full refund of all payments.

If travel or accommodation is required for the service, these costs will be covered by the client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
All related expenses ( transportation, meals, lodging ) will be clearly stated and approved before invoicing.

Confidentiality

All communications, brand materials, and event details are strictly confidential.
No information will be shared or disclosed without written consent.

Ephemere Los Angeles's liability is limited to the value of the agreed-upon service. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

All creative content, photographs, menus, and concepts produced by Ephemere Los Angeles remain the exclusive property of Ephemere Los Angeles unless stated otherwise in writing.

Ephemere Los Angeles is committed to promoting responsible consumption of alcohol in accordance with California law.
All activations and experiences involving spirits will uphold this principle.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of California, and any disputes shall be handled within its jurisdiction
